What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you give them, your name and firm details. When you buy, our checkout provider collects your payment and billing details; we see your name, email and what you bought, never your full card number.

How we use it

To send the newsletter and anything you asked for, to deliver what you bought, to answer your messages, and to understand which workflows are useful. We don't sell your information.

Who processes it

Our newsletter platform stores subscriber details and sends our email. Our checkout provider processes payments and sales tax. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Client data

Never send us client information. Our workflows and the AI Implementation Coach are built to work with made-up sample data.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email us. California residents may have additional rights under state law and can use the same address to exercise them.
